“Highly recommended hotel to stay when in Shenzhen.”
Professional & Friendly Front Desk Staff. Room was spacious and comfortable bed with good quality of linen. Breakfast offered plenty of varieties, serving staff were efficient and friendly. Departure experience was pleasant. Over all, a pleasant stay!

“Nice rooms, good business hotel ”
I got in very late at 3.45am and the check in was smooth. Got upgraded to a suite which was roomy and fantastic. The air con does not get cooler than set temperature was my only complaint. “Thank you for making our stay in Shenzhen a memorable one!”
All the hotel staff are very friendly and helpful especially the chambermaid, Mdm Wang and the concierge, Mr Yin. We can tell that they are very hardworking folks. We also loved the food at the Taste Signature Restaurant especially the dinner buffet with free flow oysters. Well done!
