Of all the hotels i was choosing from agoda ,the bund riverside hotel got my attention and i am glad i have pick the same because oved all i and my family were more than satisfied with their accomodation.i love the fact that it is so near the nanjing east train station and the bund.we also greatly appreciate all the help of mr. Jackson in the reception area.He was kind enough to assist us in going around Shanghai using the metro and how to do things around.

“Good hotel”
The hotel is in a good location. We found it convenient and well priced. Hotel was clean and the service was good. Didn't getva chance to try breakfast, we slept late every day😀 We would recommend it and use the hotel again when visiting Shanghai.

I stayed here because it was in walking distance (c.20 minutes) of the UK Visa Advisory Center at 213 Middle Sichuan Road. The nearest Metro station is East Nanjing Road on Green Line 2, which from Hongqiao Railway Station costs only 5 Yuan. I was upgraded to a room with a window overlooking Suzhou… more
I stayed here because it was in walking distance (c.20 minutes) of the UK Visa Advisory Center at 213 Middle Sichuan Road. The nearest Metro station is East Nanjing Road on Green Line 2, which from Hongqiao Railway Station costs only 5 Yuan. I was upgraded to a room with a window overlooking Suzhou Creek to the north. Breakfast is served in the room. Although Chinese cuisine, it was mainly edible. Staff were helpful and had good English. There is a good bar on the ground floor. Be aware that because of the health emergency, travelers are required to fill in many forms and download a local Shanghai health code onto their mobile phones.

“Good Location”
The hotel is ok. Restaurant food wasn't great and rooms need updating. Staff were helpful and accommodating. Don't take a shower before 6 am - you might not get hot water... Location is very good within walking distance to the Bund River esplanade, subway stations and other attractions.
