Since 2014 we've been visiting Suzhou and staying here. The flat is spacious, clean, relatively child-safe and awesome! Perfect beds and pillows, huge bath tub and perfect water-pressure, clean washing machine, perfect kitchen and fridge. Huge clean closets and drawers everywhere. Lovely, helpful staff! Good WiFi. Breakfast is edible. The pools are fantastic! Little warm pool for little tots and large indoor pool. Two huge outdoor pools, well maintained. Haven't been upstairs to the gym. Loads of play space for children everywhere. Great location, near two malls and more in construction. Very near Yushan Lu metro station and Suzhou Amusement Park metro. Lovely Chinese Christian church up the road.

“Good location, but a lots of improvement needed”

This was the second time we stayed at this hotel due to the convenient location. Room is very spacious, however the maid service needs a lot of improvement. Those ladies barely do much, they wiped floors but nevver vaccumed the carpet in bedrooms. there were trashes left on the bathroom floor by previous stay, it didn't get picked up until a week later. there were stains on the kitchen counter, it didn't get wiped down during our entire two weeks stay. They did add laundry room on the 18th floor which was an improvement from three years ago. however, they don't have separte washer and dryer, so it literally take at least 3 and half an hour to do one load of laundry. there is a washer/dryer combo in each suite, but it is old and has very small capacity. Front desk staff are very friendly. Breakfast was very boring, it was the same food every morning with minimum varieties. TV only has chinese stations, no english program at all.

“Not very organized”

We arrived as a group of 16 and it took over 90 minutes to check in. We did book the Rooms 5 months in advance, but that did not help. We arrived as a group of 16 and it took over 90 minutes to check in. We did book the Rooms 5 months in advance, but that did not help. The receptionist was not prepared to handle all of the 16 People. The Rooms where good and clean, the location is great, right by the Metro. The Breakfast was also good. But the Check-out was again a nightmare, it’s a shame, since everything else seem to be good. I don’t think I would stay there again, I think for the price I could find a place that is a little more organised.
