“A great way to end our holiday in China”
The sincerity of the staff impressed. With hindsight, we realised that we could have been overcharged the taxi fare on the way to the hotel as it was early morning when we arrived. “非常好”
上海花园酒店服务非常好，每一位工作人员都非常热心在，给我留下了深刻的印象。check in的时候给升级了套房，住的非常舒服。下次还会再来。The service at Okura Garden Hotel is wonderful; every staff member is very friendly, which is impressive. They upgraded me to a suite during check-in. I will come again next time.

“Needs Some Refurbishments ”
Historical and huge hotel but needs updating. Wifi is slow. AC is weak. A bit walk to subway station. Room size and bed size are good. Many small coffee shops, bars nearby. Also a few restaurants too. I might not stay here again when I come back.
