On 23 January 2020, the new Balearic Law against Tourism Excesses entered into force, which prohibits all-inclusive deals with unlimited alcoholic beverages. Only a maximum of three alcoholic beverages per guest will be served during lunch and/or dinner.
We would also like to inform you of the following restrictions included in the law:
Practices which may endanger the life, health and physical integrity of guests are strictly prohibited at hotels, apartments and holiday properties. These practices include climbing from one balcony or window to another and jumping from inappropriate places such as balconies into swimming pools (a practice widely known as ';balconing';). Guests breaking the law will be immediately banished from the property and may be fined, states the law and the corresponding municipal regulations. The hotel/apartment manager or property agent must order said guests to leave immediately, which may require assistance from the security forces.
Failure to comply with the prohibition of practices which may endanger the life, health and physical integrity of guests will be considered a serious offence. In the Balearic Islands, serious offences are subject to a fine between 6,001 and 60,000 euros.

“Ocean Hotel - Very Nice 4 Star Hotel”
Very nice 4 star hotel, spacious, clean room, good variety of breakfast foods to suit all tastes. Marble reception area, high ceilings, spotless. Reception did not always understand English but tried to be helpful. Would stay here again if exploring Shanghai.

“Good hotel and very good location”
Stayed here for 3 nights. There's a big bed, there are English channels on tv, there's a bathroom with a bathtub and a window between the bedroom and the bathroom (there's a roll blind curtain). “Fabulous hotel, reasonably priced and near main attractions”

“Shanghai Disappointment ”
After a long flight it was disappointing to have to wait 20 minutes to check in, even worse was the very rude reception staff. Our room was small with tea and coffee facilities but limited storage.
