I stayed for 2 nights after business trip just to relax from stress. I definitely want to recommend Modena Putuo to all of you as I have enjoyed the comfortable stay with an upgrade studio which is spacious for me to stretch,work and study. Especially I must extend my  sincere gratitude to your reception ambassador" Mis Linda" who provided me the best-to-quality premium service so far during my stay,she is very attentive,highly responsive to all requests I made. She is always patient,serving guests to her best efforts with her genuine willingness and her passion,which really make me feel at home. I decided to move from one place to Modena Shanghai whenever I need to on my top priority list,thank you again Linda for your amazing service and your colleagues who helped me during my stay,a big thumb-up to you all and see you all again hopefully not long in future.

This is my second review on Modena Shanghai Putuo because I had to write this. I was sent to a hospital emergency room for stomach homerrahhage in the evening of Jun 21, 2021. Linda Lin first visited and found me in a dangerous condition in my Modena room and arranged car and driver to send me immediately to the emergency room, and Sandy Hua accompanied me thru the whole checking process and stayed there with me until midnight. I don't think an ordinary review would be enough for my appreciation and gratitude. They are not just hotel staff. They are family. They saved my life. And on another note, the manager Jason Jiang is also great. I'm here sending my deepest gratitude to them!

As a luxurious experience consultant, I recently evaluated Modena by Fraser Putuo Shanghai, which promises a refreshing perspective on urban living. The property, featuring 370 loft residences, aims to capture the cosmopolitan essence of Shanghai with its design. Situated in Zhenru City, this skyrise offers access to the city's attractions and historical sites, setting expectations for a sophisticated stay. The apartment I stayed in was well-equipped, featuring a kitchen and contemporary decor. While the layout was commendable, the ambience did not deliver the experience one might expect. The decor felt somewhat dated, and some areas required maintenance. Although the property offers eco-friendly features, there were noticeable gaps in cleanliness, detracting from the intended feel. The in-house dining options, including a cafe serving Continental breakfast, were convenient but lacked the quality and service one would anticipate from a high-end establishment. For Modena by Fraser Putuo to align with its brand and stand out in Shanghai's competitive hospitality market, an emphasis on maintaining standards of service and enhancing the details of the guest experience is essential. By addressing these areas, the property can meet the expectations of travellers and provide a more unified stay.
