Returning after Covid restriction and noticed the staff are pleasantly all familiar faces. I was a little under the weather, the house keeper (Wang xiaoqin) went out of her way to make sure I am ok by checking up on me several times a day. She left extra water and supplies and offered do the laundry. All this left me a warm and homely feeling. Renaissance is across the street, but I always choose to stay with this service apartment everytime I am in Shanghai.

I definitely want to recommend Modena Putuo to all of you as I have enjoyed the comfortable stay with an upgrade studio which is spacious for me to stretch,work and study. Especially I must extend my  sincere gratitude to your reception ambassador" Mis Linda" who provided me the best-to-quality premium service so far during my stay,she is very attentive,highly responsive to all requests I made. She is always patient,serving guests to her best efforts with her genuine willingness and her passion,which really make me feel at home. As a luxurious experience consultant, I recently evaluated Modena by Fraser Putuo Shanghai, which promises a refreshing perspective on urban living. The property, featuring 370 loft residences, aims to capture the cosmopolitan essence of Shanghai with its design. Situated in Zhenru City, this skyrise offers access to the city's attractions and historical sites, setting expectations for a sophisticated stay. The apartment I stayed in was well-equipped, featuring a kitchen and contemporary decor. While the layout was commendable, the ambience did not deliver the experience one might expect. The decor felt somewhat dated, and some areas required maintenance. Although the property offers eco-friendly features, there were noticeable gaps in cleanliness, detracting from the intended feel. The in-house dining options, including a cafe serving Continental breakfast, were convenient but lacked the quality and service one would anticipate from a high-end establishment. For Modena by Fraser Putuo to align with its brand and stand out in Shanghai's competitive hospitality market, an emphasis on maintaining standards of service and enhancing the details of the guest experience is essential. By addressing these areas, the property can meet the expectations of travellers and provide a more unified stay.
