“Location, location, location”
My daughter lives in the French Concession area and recommended this hotel. The huge and upmarket IAPM mall is across the road including a supermarket. A cheap food court is next door and so is the Metro station. The hotel can exchange your foreign money at an ok rate. Rooms are large and quiet. … more

I was in Shanghai on a working trip for 3 nights just last week. It is my second time staying at the hotel. “Mason Hotel is Good Value for Money”

“Rude Front Desk People”
It could have been 4 star if not for the unfriendly and rude front desk people. Unfortunately, several of them not just 1 person. Location cannot be beat for the price. Rooms are dated and dark. Free wifi.
