“Fantastic View and Staff”
This was a second time I stayed in this hotel in 2024. Location and all hotel amenities are excellent. What places the hotel above expectation is the staff like Yina, who taken care of me and my requests to make my stay special. Thank you for making my view of the city and river fantastic.

“Beautiful first time for the many many more next times to stay”
It was my first time visiting Shanghai, and the Hotel did a great job to welcome me with a welcome drink voucher, FREE UPGRADE (yeeyy), early check-in, and really supportive staff. It was my first time visiting Shanghai, and the Hotel did a great job to welcome me with a welcome drink voucher, FREE UPGRADE (yeeyy), early check-in, and really supportive staff. So i checked in greatly. Front desks spoke English yeah. The room was huge with a great view of the city and the river, i could see the TV tower from my room. They were so kind to upgrade my room for the view. Much appreciated. Amenities were ok, but bit dated. Not a big thing for me as I traveled out and about the whole day, just back at night. Overall, it’s getting old, so maybe it’s time for the Hotel to do renovation. One big plus: Front desk were super duper friendly, beyond expectation to help me out with the map apps in China. So, they helped me find which map app having English versions (if you guys manage the same, try maps.me with English version). Thanks so much, Mr. George and Ms. Yiling (or some name like that, the young lady with pony tail hair style). They were both amazing. Location was good too. Very center and downtown to walk around, if not, it’s cheap to take a cab to go too. Just a minus thing: noone helped me carry my luggage to the room. In summary, i had a fantastic trip, and the Hotel Indigo Shanghai absolutely contributed a lot for my beautiful memory ❤️❤️.
