“Excellent service.”
I stayed in this beautiful hotel on Sept 20. We enjoyed excellent service when we stayed in the hotel. The staff alway give us a hand when we need. I left my plug in the hotel. “One of the best five star facilities”
This is a five start hotel spread across a very wide landscape. It's very difficult to imagine a hotel with building of not more than 4 floors. This hotel falls in to that category. “Beautiful grounds...”
This is a nice hotel, with beautiful surroundings. The rooms were clean, and the staff sufficient. Breakfast was good, European and Asian dishes. Don’t expect everyone here to speak or understand English, though. It’s really a more Chinese experience, but that’s what you are in China for, right? ... more

“Nice but with some problems”
It's a nice place with beautiful gardens. There's no problem with the infrastructure or the clining. Things i didn't like: -The managers BARELY know english.
