“Stunning views, great amenities, great price”
The Grand Hyatt was wonderful. I wish we had more time to stay and enjoy the amenities. There is free breakfast, afternoon tea, dinner, and drinks. Also, the pool and hot tub were so relaxing. “Great view and Exceptional Diplomatic Suite!”
Stayed at the diplomatic suite and reserved another room for my family. Ms. Zheng at executive lounge check in was friendly and helpful. Helped me selected the best view for my suite and explained all my benefits well. The hotel is at great condition and will come back in the future!

“Grand Hyatt Shanghai needs to improve!”
The room needs a facelift. Some of the things are old and not working. Breakfast needs to improve. The food in the club lounge is miserable. When the orange juice is not even fresh, that tells you how much the hotel pays attention to its quality!
