“Great hotel great location great staff”
The rooms are classy and old school, location is excellent and the staff are really nice. From check-in to checkout I felt the staff were professional and caring. Would not hesitate to recommend this hotel. The gym was adequate but could use some more weight lifting equipment.

“Choose this hotel you won't regret it”
Great hotel with extremely clean rooms. The room size is larger than average with a very nice bathroom with all the amenities you could want. Our room included breakfast which was both Western and Chinese and pretty good. If I was in Shanghai I would stay here again without hesitation

“Brilliant hotel for standard and location”
This an excellent top end hotel. The room was huge and luxurious. The food was a mix of western and Chinese. Great options and plenty of it. Overall, the hotel is not bad. Great location. I really didn't like the service at the reception desk. Especially Jacky Wang's manager.
