On 23 January 2020, the new Balearic Law against Tourism Excesses entered into force, which prohibits all-inclusive deals with unlimited alcoholic beverages. Only a maximum of three alcoholic beverages per guest will be served during lunch and/or dinner.
We would also like to inform you of the following restrictions included in the law:
Practices which may endanger the life, health and physical integrity of guests are strictly prohibited at hotels, apartments and holiday properties. These practices include climbing from one balcony or window to another and jumping from inappropriate places such as balconies into swimming pools (a practice widely known as ';balconing';). Guests breaking the law will be immediately banished from the property and may be fined, states the law and the corresponding municipal regulations. The hotel/apartment manager or property agent must order said guests to leave immediately, which may require assistance from the security forces.
Failure to comply with the prohibition of practices which may endanger the life, health and physical integrity of guests will be considered a serious offence. In the Balearic Islands, serious offences are subject to a fine between 6,001 and 60,000 euros.

“Perfectly okay”
Staying for 5 weeks here, bit of a mix up with rooms originally but sorted now. We are in the Dingshan apartments, which is a separate building, in a suite. Big rooms, family size fridge, microwave, kettle. Heating can't be used until after 6pm but is good once on. The windows open which is a bonus… more

“Good Basic hotel with frustrating setup!”
Hotel rooms are ok, they are basically suite style with a kitchen. The heating/air con does not work well and internet access is reliable but slow. Frustrating setup is due to reception being away from the rooms so you have to go to reception then you go somewhere else to get the keys to your room … more

The lobby and MAIN hotel looks lovely.
