“Fantastic Service”
Service was impeccable. Every question asked was attended to with utmost attention. Staff even lent be a number to purchase tickets for the gondola. We are grateful for the room upgrade as well. 10 mins walk to Shuha Ancient City and breathtaking view of the snow mountain, couldn't ask for more.

Rough go… Couldn’t find reservation at check-in. Then room not ready until after check-in time. No extra blanket available for our son. Broken outdoor furniture and water stains inside.
