Nestled in prime area of Tsim Sha Tsui district, property location cannot be equaled! It offers seamless access and connections to almost everything – a variety of dining, retail, entertainment options, iconic landmarks and major sights...simply spoilt for choices! Whether by foot and/or public transport, it is so easy and convenient to get around. A huge plus is the direct access to MTR TST & East TST stations from its basement (basement is also home to a local HK tea café chain, Café 100%). It makes commuting to the rest of the city quick, easy and hassle-free. While it is nice to explore the TST district on street level, the underground walkway offers a great alternative (which we appreciate particularly during rainy and hot, muggy days) as it houses a variety of F&B kiosks, convenience stores, bakeries & boutiques etc., and links to an array of shopping venues. Made two separate bookings (Deluxe rooms) for stay in this property; check-in process at the Front Desk was a breeze with swift issuance of room access cards. Rooms on L17 are of decent size by HK standard and functional with queen bed (room #1) & king bed (room #2) and 3 pillows each. Other in-room features include TV with international channels, microwave, air purifier and interconnecting bedroom door etc. Enough space for baggage and 3 adults to move about without feeling cramped. The clean, cozy space, comfy beds and right water temperature & pressure made it perfect for a restful night after a long day of exploring the city! Nice of the property to transform guest goodbyes with express check-out, allowing guests to drop access cards into the black box on check-out day. The property team has delivered a positive experience for us from start to end, leaving us nothing but wonderful memories! A big thank you to its staff, especially (a) Jerry Chung of Reservation Dept for assigning the rooms based on requirements, (b) Front Desk staff for the swift check-in & co-ordination to have the interconnecting room doors in both rooms unlocked on specified date, and (c) housekeeping staff who did meticulous room cleaning and replenishing of amenities. It has been a lovely stay for us and we will not hesitate to return. If location is #1 on priority list like us, then this property fits the bill perfectly!

“Great Location and friendly staff”

The location is great close to everywhere. MTR is under the hotel to both Tsim Sha Tsui and East Tsim Sha Tsui. Convenient for shopping and sightseeing. Front Desk and Housekeeping were really friendly and helpful. The room was clean and decent with the big window, facing to the harbour.

Very friendly service. Very clean. Comfortable Bed. I don't have a lot of experience with HK hotels, but the room, especially the bathroom, was tiny! Excellent location, subway stop under the hotel - can access without going outside. Easy walk to ferry terminal. Main complaint was they turned of the recycled water for a whole day, (with no notice - though it was probably an emergency), so we couldn't flush the toilet without manually refilling the toilet cistern from the shower. The breakfast was nice BUT the service was terrible. When we arrived, clearly a lot of people had recently left and there were many empty tables, but NONE had been wiped and prepared for new guests. There was no offer to clean a table for us. We used a table set for 6 (though there were only two of us). The other tables were eventually cleaned maybe half an hour after we arrived. We also had to wait ages to check-in, as there was only one person serving. In the morning at checkout the checkout queue was very long - at least 20 people in queue. Seems like maybe they need more staff. Recommended based on location, but not much else.
