“Excellent Stay!”
A big shoutout to the housekeeping (Level 11) and concierge of Royal Plaza Hotel! They are very friendly and helpful. They made my stay enjoyable. The rooms are big by HK standards. “Accessible Upscale Hotel”
Hotel is very nice and upscale. The staff are all hospitable and ready to help especially Joseph. He is very nice and accommodating.l got us whatever we needed. We also live that it is connected to the mtr si it’s accessible and to shoppimg centers.

“Excellent Hotel”
Stayed in this hotel twice because of their excellent service. Comfy beds and convenience location. Thank you for the prompt bell service and Concierge -Keith. Also the manager Raymon assist me to checkout by robot. Will choose this hotel again.

“Great Location and Service”
This is our second time staying at Royal Plaza. The hotel is well maintained, spacious with comfortable beds. Great location easy train access to China, MTR Stn to HK island and bus to Kowloon.
