We stayed at this hotel for 9 nights in October 2024 in a deluxe suite. Pros - good value for your money, great location with easy access to buses and MTR. Cons- dirty, outdated furniture. The sink had mold and mildew and the towels were super thin and some even had holes. The blanket was super thin and I had to get another one - the cleaning woman I saw was not responsive to my request so after 30 minutes I called the front desk to get a blanket. There was a moldy smell in the hallway. and the carpet was very dirty. Our room was not ready even though it was 3pm and check in was 2pm (we were super exhausted from our trans-pacific flight).

“A Pleasant Stay”

The front desk staff members were very nice and helpful. It was a smooth check in process and the checkout process was good as well. The room was very clean. The front desk staff members were very nice and helpful. It was a smooth check in process and the checkout process was good as well. The room was very clean. The hotel provided bamboo toothbrushes and plastic free toothpaste. There was a Starbucks not far from the hotel. Besides Starbucks, not far from the hotel was a Pizza Hut, 7-Eleven, an Indonesian marketplace and a couple of Chinese restaurants.

“Convenient, friendly, centrally location and reasonable hotel in Causeway Bay.h”

The service from Concierge, Reception, Housekeeping and Breakfast staff were exceptional, helpful, courteous and magnificent. The service from Concierge, Reception, Housekeeping and Breakfast staff were exceptional, helpful, courteous and magnificent. Our Executive Room was on 30th floor with fantastic outlook of Victoria Park and Central Library plus a bit of Harbour view, despite the room was a little smaller. The location was perfect and convenient. Stone throw from many bus routes at The Central Library, tram stop right outside the hotel, Causeway Bay MTR was only a 5 minute walk from the hotel. Plenty of eateries around the Jardine Bazaar and Sogo Department Store area. Price was reasonable. Previous stay was in an Executive Suite which was far bigger in size, unfortunately, it was sold out this time. Well recommended for any visitors to Hong Kong looking for a decent, friendly, convenient and value for money accommodation in Causeway Bay.

“Old hotel but ok value”

It is very old hotel. Location is convenient. Near all public transport. It is ok value as the rate include also breakfast - not in any way "fancy". Room size is ok - seems they only have city view but maybe other side have view to the sea. Internet is ok. Amenities - so/so

Overall, the hotel is half decent. The only gripe to cause my 3-star rating, is that they only included breakfast for one, knowing that it's for 2 people (we particularly asked for 2 separate beds), and the front desk would not make adjustments albeit the complaint. Overall, the hotel is half decent. The only gripe to cause my 3-star rating, is that they only included breakfast for one, knowing that it's for 2 people (we particularly asked for 2 separate beds), and the front desk would not make adjustments albeit the complaint. Not that we were having breakfast there everyday - matter of fact, my son had breakfast there only 4 times out of the 11 days of staying. I blame it on poor marketing and management leadership. If they make poor decision like this, what other bad decisions that can potentially impact their customers. In any case, this bad experience put a little dent on the otherwise rather enjoyable trip with my son.
