“A Pleasant Stay”
The front desk staff members were very nice and helpful. It was a smooth check in process and the checkout process was good as well. The room was very clean. “Excellent location”
Rosedale is a fine-quality hotel. The room size is pretty small but that seems to be quite the norm in Hong Kong. Its strong suit is the excellent location, near the bus stop and MTR station. The staffs were helpful but the elevators worked quite slowly.

“Old hotel but ok value”
It is very old hotel. Location is convenient. Near all public transport. It is ok value as the rate include also breakfast - not in any way "fancy". Room size is ok - seems they only have city view but maybe other side have view to the sea. Internet is ok. Amenities - so/so

“Poor Management Leadership”
Overall, the hotel is half decent. The only gripe to cause my 3-star rating, is that they only included breakfast for one, knowing that it's for 2 people (we particularly asked for 2 separate beds), and the front desk would not make adjustments albeit the complaint.
