“Tired old Hotel, definitely needs a big upgrade”
The hotel rooms are quite small, my queen size bed was about a 3/4 size queen bed so l complained so they give me full size queen size bed the next. The hotel looks tired and old now. You easily wait 5 mins or more for the lifts. Restaurant for breakfast ok but on last day many foods missing so... more

“Good location. Amazing surroundings. Dated rooms and amenities.”
The room was small and dated, elevators were slow and always packed plus cant say I was happy with the over-all service either. Housekeeping and front desk didnt always pick-up calls.
