I had a long week at work and a bunch of networking events to go to all week. Silly of me to then take a red eye flight to HK so by the time I arrived in HK half of my soul was gone. Didn’t even prep cash for the cab driver I was so embarrassed. The overnight front desk agent went out of his way to help me deal with the payment, super thankful!! He also arranged a nice room for me, the next day gets me a cab in chilling weather on the streets. This guy does everything, always professional and deserves all the recognition. For this I’ll be back again in the future. I love the water tap in the room, the charging docks and chromecast tech installations. There’s pillow menu too what a bonus.

Me & my partner chose to stay at Le Meridien Cyberport again to start the year and to avoid the hustle and bustle of the downtown areas of Hong Kong. I have lost count of our stays with this friendly hotel. Every time we stayed there, the staff have gone an extra mile and demonstrated their warm hospitality to us and their attention to detail is spotless. Unlike previous times, we did not stay at the hotel to celebrate our birthdays nor special events, just to stay in a very quiet hotel to celebrate the New Year. Little did I know that we have got an upgrade again. Special thanks to Nicole Chan, front office manager, to call me in advance telling me the good news. In addition, Nicole also put us in our most favourite room on the top floor. We stayed in the same room before. The surprise did not end here. Nicole also arranged some gifts to us! What a brilliant way to start the New Year! Also, I did not know the hotel also provides turn down service in the evening! Another nice surprise! All in all, Le Meridien Cyberport is a friendly hotel and they clearly know how to provide warm hospitality to their guests, unlike some hotels in Hong Kong even though they are five star hotels, their staff do not provide the same level of services but with loads of attitude in very cold disposition. Le Meridien Cyberport definitely knows what is the best hospitality. Please keep it up. We will definitely be back again.

I'll recommend Le Meridien Cyberport to all families with pets and small kids who want to get a getaway. We had a comfortable stay for our anniversary celebration with our dog and kid. The restaurants terrace are pets and kids friendly, especially the space next to the breakfast resto which provide good space for kids and pets to play around. It is also reachable to the newly opened Cyberpaw Zone at Arcade mall. Thanks Mary from sales, Sandy from Reservation who assisted with my booking and staff who paid attention to all details for our stay. We were amazed by the pet amenity, especially the customised made pet collar with my dog’s name! Hope we will be back soon for our next vacation and meal!

The concierge welcomed us when we arrived, and the check-in process was quick. However, since the agent at the front desk already noticed that we had two children with us, it would be great if they provided kid-friendly amenities.Nevertheless, I had to request it. Although there is a lot of dust and stains on the centre table, the room is still nice. Since we are celebrating my son's birthday, they didn't offer any birthday amenities. Our stay was worthwhile because of the surroundings. Our stay was made better by the concierge and shuttle drivers, who were friendly and helpful. But customer service can be improved from other staff.
