“Very satisfied and excellent”
The room is comfortable and very clean. Very satisfied to stay in. Very happy with Amy Ko, Zhaojin and Mui's house keeping service. I feel very comfortable every day when I come back into the hotel room. Overall excellent service! Will definitely come back to stay in the future.

It is Amy Ko Penny and 阿雪 that helped us with the cleaning and it was so good. They were friendly and the cleaning skills are amazing. They were hardworking as well. “Great experience”
Amy Ko and Zhaojin are my housekeepers and they are very friendly and warm. They came each day to clean my room clean. The hotel is very convenient and room is very spacious. My dad recommended this hotel and has been here a few times in the past, will come back again when visiting Hong Kong.

“Smooth and fast check-in”
The staff attending to our check in (Mike and Fredy) were friendly and very helpful! It was fuss-free and smooth, with no problems at all. Thank you! 👍🏽 The rooms allocated to us were also all on the same level, which is convenient for us as we are traveling together.
