“A relaxing stay that we have nothing to complain about”

The room we stayed in was so nice with the best sea view and spacious bed more than enough for two people to have a quality rest. The staff are helpful and nice. We have also tried the semi-buffet dinner at the restaurant FEAST, nice quality we enjoyed the night a lot.

I have stayed at the East three times over the past two years, and each visit has surpassed the last. Every member of the Front Office and Concierge provided exceptional care, especially knowing I was traveling alone this time. They were attentive, hospitable, and genuinely caring. Having previously lived in Hong Kong, I truly appreciate the East's convenient location next to a shopping center and the Tai Koo Shing MTR station. It's approximately 15 minutes to Central by MTR. I particularly loved the drinking water dispenser and microwave in the room. The hotel uses high-quality Australian amenities, and the room was quiet, comfortable, and clean. This time, I also enjoyed a beautiful sea view! For breakfast, I dined at ‘Feast,’ which offered a generous buffet selection of both Asian and Western dishes. ‘Domain’ also provides good coffee and light meals (both are on the same level). I even invited my friends from Hong Kong to ‘Sugar,’ the rooftop bar that boasts breathtaking views of East Kowloon, for cocktails. Once again, thank you for making this my home away from home!

“Hidden GEM with excellent service”

First time staying in this hotel located in taikoo area and we find it surprisingly convenient. Hotel is next to a subway station and it's easily access to anywhere in hk island. Thank you for the great hospitality from Front Office Director Gary which we met in Fourseasons HK like almost 10 years ago but he still remember all my special preferences. His service remains top-notch and we are being assigned to a very nice sea view room. We love Sugar bar very much and we almost have a drink there everyday, we sit in outdoor area enjoying with a stunning view. Overall, East is a hidden GEM and the hotel is valued for every penny.
