“Charge”
All good and suitable for the family. Just a quick question, when will you release the incident charges from my credit card back? I have been check out since 25 May 2024 the charges is still on hold. Please advise, I was told that it should be 2 weeks after checked out.

“Nice overall”
Check in and check out were both really smooth. There are buttons to easily tell the staff whether you want your room to be cleaned or whether you want it to be left alone. The bedroom and bedroom were clean, however the small bathroom looks a little dated. I had no issue with the bed or pillows, but my picky spouse said the bed and pillows were too hard for him. “An average hotel for short stay”
Okay for short stay. The location is good , 5 minutes walk to metro. Lots of restaurants around the hotel. Facilities in the room is out dated, the hair dryer is back to the 70’s! The air conditioner is extremely cool. The bed is moderate firm. No electric sockets close to the bed
