“Good Value and clean”
Decent room with comfy bed clean linens and friendly staff. Breakfast very good especially if you enjoy traditional Chinese over western dishes. Checkout took an age so go down early to avoid being late for your appointments.

“Great location, hard bed”
I wouldn’t go back as I am not used to hard beds. The hotel had a nice lobby and a great location. Also a strong shower and had tub which was nice for a bath. Unfortunately the bed looked nice but was highly uncomfortable. Didn’t sleep well as a result. Was 15 min walk from west lake and 10 … more

“Acceptable ”
Good location but one of the disappointing thing is although I’ve requested non smoking room, it smells a bit. They came down with deodorant. Shop located in first floor. Breakfast is good, you can enjoy Chinese cuisine.

Was given a room facing the Ping Hai Street. It is so noisy with cars honing away non stop. We were bitten by small flying insects. Very old furnishing and carpet needs a washing.
