“Excellent service”
We spent three nights at the Wyndham grand Plaza. This was our third stay in the hotel, the first since 2019. The staff made us as welcome as ever, the food was excellent and the room was very comfortable and had an amazing view over the lake. Particular thanks are due to the conciergerie, and to M… more

“Lovely hotel near west lake”
Lovely hotel quite close to West Lake itself. Well spread out. Nice restaurant on the roof floor with open areas on the roof to explore. Fine food. Lovely views of the area around the lake (which has no high risers due to the lakes beauty apparently.

“option selected by my company”
-good , relatively fast check in -very, very dated rooms -half of the hotel, when you look from the balcony, looks to be apartments as you can see people hanging their clothes, plants, etc -overall relatively efficient staff -good location, near the lake
