“Loved this hotel”
Stayed for one night with husband and son and got a mini suite! It's the only hotel I've ever stayed in that had two toilets! We found our rooms very luxurious and very handy for West Lake which we'd come to see. The breakfast was good and the reception staff member that we dealt with spoke good ... more

“1 night and 1 day in Hangzhou”
This is the perfect place to visit the West Lake and all of its surroundings. Room are Ok & staff is helpful. The price is reasonable but the gym clearly need a little refresh to meet our expectations.

“Nice Hotel”
Despite my room was devoid of any window, room was quite comfortable and clean Staff is a disaster, as most chinese hotels. Breakfast is poor However still can advise it as a good option in Hangzhou. Location is also not bad for tourism, but I guess north lake is not reachable by walk, I didn't try.
