“Good if your office is here in Binjiang”
Good hotel with basics covered. Location is convenient with a mall and restaurants nearby. Room is good with clean bathrooms and views. They don't really speak English so will take some effort to go around. Speak slowly or have a translation app in hand; most of the staff do if you can't say so ... more

“Do not expect anything from 4 stars hotel”
I would recommend just to sleep here and that’s it. Heating in Hangzhou doesn’t exist, so in cold time sleep in clothes. Old furniture, thin doors and walls, so you hear well your neighbors. But to stay for business -more or less acceptable. Rather cheap for the choice in that part of city
