On 23 January 2020, the new Balearic Law against Tourism Excesses entered into force, which prohibits all-inclusive deals with unlimited alcoholic beverages. Only a maximum of three alcoholic beverages per guest will be served during lunch and/or dinner.
We would also like to inform you of the following restrictions included in the law:
Practices which may endanger the life, health and physical integrity of guests are strictly prohibited at hotels, apartments and holiday properties. These practices include climbing from one balcony or window to another and jumping from inappropriate places such as balconies into swimming pools (a practice widely known as ';balconing';). Guests breaking the law will be immediately banished from the property and may be fined, states the law and the corresponding municipal regulations. The hotel/apartment manager or property agent must order said guests to leave immediately, which may require assistance from the security forces.
Failure to comply with the prohibition of practices which may endanger the life, health and physical integrity of guests will be considered a serious offence. In the Balearic Islands, serious offences are subject to a fine between 6,001 and 60,000 euros.

“Just over a two week stay”
Very nice rooms very clean and tidy and made you feel nice. Staff were nice as well and always said hello. The breakfast options were very vast and great selection of all types of food. “You get where you pay for”
Nothing memorable about this hotel, too far from West Lake, too little parking and rooms basic. At a budget price and with modest expectations it is fine. Chinese restaurant on the second floor was surprisingly good.

“A bed for the night”
We booked the hotel for a family away weekend during the tomb sweeping festival. The best feature of the hotel is it's location in Hangzhou, which is on qingchun street, and close ish to the west lake tourist attraction. The hotel was also pram and wheelchair accessible. “so-so”
Average hotel. Location's good. Beside a river park. Bedscpillows and blankets are not that comfortable. Priced a bit high (some 600 RMB), but it offers a significant discount (up to 40%) to some large corporate clients.
