Very nice Hotel in Guilin as I HV come to the City 5 times, This is the best I found. I was in the city view room and was always full of life with people doing st over the big square. “Friendly and attentive staff saved my trip”
What turned out to be a cancelled reservation (not initiated by me) was saved by the friendly check-in staff who went above and beyond to help us book a room on the spot. “Waterfall Hotel 23”
Great hotel and location, the waterfall on the outside of the hotel is something, quite a spectical to see. Overlooks the lake and easy access to local shops, bars and restaurants. Some staff speak English and are very helpful, great Irish bar 5 mins walk from hotel.

“Brilliant”
Out of this world in early evening when the waterfall starts. A great hotel and fantastic service. Cant wait to go back. Facilities were good and food was excellent. The location in Guilin was spot on and near to local restaurants.

“Great location and decent rooms and breakfast”
The rooms are spacious and the family rooms have lovely touches for children (not that we had any with us!).
