First of all, very good customer service. Rooms are well equipped and clean, fresh fruits provided the first night. Came here with my wife... The front desk staff gave us a very difficult time checking in... It took us over 30 min to check in... The first room was very tiny... We requested another room... First impression was average, we arrived around 10pm reception staff who checked us in barely speak English the other guy was helping him telling us to sign the document “sign here” that was the only thing they said to us. We asked for a non smoking room and anyway we got a room on a smoking floor… more

“Quite a distance from the train station”
This hotel is quite 'hidden' in a sense that it is not a very big hotel and the sign board is not very prominent. It is also rather far away from the train station, about 10 mins walk.
