“A very family friendly hotel”
Although the hotel is a bit dated, it is very clean, and the room design is excellent in my opinion. We stayed in a family room, which easily accommodated our family of five. “Loved it,great views and waking up with the tigers was a bonus ”

“Great experience all around ”
We got a family room and loved the extra space. Nice hotel room, with good beds. The hotel was very grand with big restraints, big decor and of course lots of animals. Walk to paradise park and short shuttle to safari. At the safari, your hotel key gets you in a shorter line!

“Awesome !!”
Stayed here for a weekend and it was fantastic. The decor , the extreme size of the hallways ,passages and the comfortable size of the room all contributed to an awesome stay. “Nice hotel”
We stayed there for 2 nights and overall was a pleasant stay. Although the hotel is a bit old, this is very convenient if you are planning to visit the zoo and the Waterpark. The room is quite big and there is a balcony. Bottled water is provided. Staff were helpful.
