Guests breaking the law will be immediately banished from the property and may be fined, states the law and the corresponding municipal regulations. The hotel/apartment manager or property agent must order said guests to leave immediately, which may require assistance from the security forces.
Failure to comply with the prohibition of practices which may endanger the life, health and physical integrity of guests will be considered a serious offence. In the Balearic Islands, serious offences are subject to a fine between 6,001 and 60,000 euros.

“Excellent Hotel”
On a very busy corner, near the main road, but had no problem with sound form the road. Lovely room, excellent bathroom and coffee and tea making facilities. Wonderful staff with a good deal of English spoken. Good breakfast, mainly Asian though. But bacon and eggs available. Highly recommended. A … more

It was clean, quiet, and had a large shower, no tub. The room was spacious, with a flat screen (a couple of channel… more

“Good room size. Nice area.”
This hotel has very big and nice rooms. Comfortable bathroom. Very clean, nice personal. Breakfast lucks of European food, or its very unusual, for example hot orange juice. Only 2 elevators for such a large building, and sometimes you have to wait for some time. I wouldn't stay there 2nd time.
