On 23 January 2020, the new Balearic Law against Tourism Excesses entered into force, which prohibits all-inclusive deals with unlimited alcoholic beverages. Only a maximum of three alcoholic beverages per guest will be served during lunch and/or dinner.
We would also like to inform you of the following restrictions included in the law:
Practices which may endanger the life, health and physical integrity of guests are strictly prohibited at hotels, apartments and holiday properties. These practices include climbing from one balcony or window to another and jumping from inappropriate places such as balconies into swimming pools (a practice widely known as ';balconing';). Guests breaking the law will be immediately banished from the property and may be fined, states the law and the corresponding municipal regulations. The hotel/apartment manager or property agent must order said guests to leave immediately, which may require assistance from the security forces.
Failure to comply with the prohibition of practices which may endanger the life, health and physical integrity of guests will be considered a serious offence. In the Balearic Islands, serious offences are subject to a fine between 6,001 and 60,000 euros.

“Good location”
The hotel was in a good location. Room was clean enough as was the bathroom. The corridors could be cleaner. The check in (and check out) was challenging. The people behind the desk didn't speak very good English, it took far longer than it should have done to get into the room.

“Good location”
Location was the main positive about staying here for the couple of nights while we visited the pandas etc. It is very central and convenient for getting around, while there were some places locally for what we needed. Was clean enough and the staff very helpful.
