“Nice Hotel for the money”
I needed a room last minute in Changsha, and stayed at Jasmine International. While the staff speaks limited English, the manager named Nav is from Punjab, India and he speaks fluent English. “It should be named Black Tulip...”
First thing you notice about the hotel is black color...everywhere it is black...so depressive. Room size is decent but windows have vinyl curtains..very tacky. Bed is good.
