“Comfortable stay, friendly staff”
The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I enjoyed my room! Plenty of lights and power outlets available. The bathroom is spacious and includes a nice walk-in shower. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I enjoyed my room! Plenty of lights and power outlets available. The bathroom is spacious and includes a nice walk-in shower. Very comfortable bed as well. The air conditioning may be a bit warm by Western standards but the hotel might be under some regulations since businesses in this province all don't get very cold. The breakfast line-up is a bit limited but you have a mix of Western breads and cereals, fruits, with Asian foods like congee. There is a nice mall with plenty of shops and restaurants right across the street.

Tooooooo far to get to downtown, everything is so fine but the breakfast is very bad, there is no indian food in the breakfast, i want to eat some butter chicken but they say they dont have. inside the room is pretty well, my son love the hotel, is very friendly to foreign traveler, but still need to improve the support for our indian people, and support for lgbtq group, when my son talk with that guy in the check in area about he loves him, because that guy is handsome, but the guy said "i'm not gay" that hurt my son so much, he still remeber that handsome little boy, so he want me to write this comment after 1 year.

The lobby and public area of the hotel are very luxurious and clean. Its location is at the end of the western part of Beijing city and it is far from the sightseeing places of the city center, but the subway is close to this hotel. The rooms are not at the level of a 5-star hotel and are very small. The hotel staff are polite and responsive. The main problem of the hotel is breakfast. The breakfast hall is very small and sometimes you have to wait a few minutes to find an empty table. The environment of the breakfast hall is very dark and the variety of breakfast for a 5-star international hotel is low.
