We (family of 6) had a great time staying with Westin Beijing Financial Street. As a lifetime Platinum Elite member, I have stayed at many Marriott hotels around the world, and most of the Marriott hotels in Beijing. This is the first time I stayed with this Westin hotel at financial street, but I have to say this is the best! We appreciate all of the hotel staffs' effort in making our stay a very enjoyable one. Especially the two ladies at the front desk, Ali and Grace, who gave us the best support that made our stay a great memory to have forever. They made our check-in process a flawless and speedy one. Moreover, they put in extra effort to make sure they do all they can to give us the best possible experiences during our stay. They are both very professional and friendly, which gave us a very good impression especially after a long flight to arrive in Beijing. My wife and I were specifically happy because Beijing is our hometown and we love to see all the good things in Beijing. Thanks a lot again and looking forward to visiting and staying with you again.

“Another good Marriott chain of hotel experience.”
A lovely 3 nights with a familiar name. Location, service, food (including breakfast and evening reception at executive lounge) were wonderful. Front desk and everyone else was professional and gnerally nice. Downstair breakfast was "noise" -- wonderful variation of food and drinks.

We had a wonderful stay at your hotel in Beijing! With the warm welcome, courteous staff, convenient location, delicious breakfast, and spacious accommodations, it made our stay very comfortable. We would especially like to recognize Betty Li at the front desk, who was so helpful in getting us much needed supplies from the convenience store late at night when we first arrived. She went above and beyond the next morning in directing us to the nearest store. With her excellent command of the English language, we really appreciated her thoughtfulness and assistance. We look forward to our next visit to China and hope to stay at your luxurious hotel again!

The Westin Beijing Financial Street is a centrally located business hotel. We had the chance to stay there for a university event and were pleased with the facilities. The rooms are incredibly comfortable, especially their king suites, due to the space availability in both the living room and bathroom. The gym and pool facilities are worth visiting if you want to relax and disconnect. In addition, their main restaurant offers a wide variety of breakfast options. Sometimes, there were some barriers to communicating with staff in English, but they did their best to work around them. Overall, it is a great hotel in Beijing, and I would consider it for future stays.
