I stayed in this hotel quite a few times and never got disappointed. Staff are friendly and helpful. rooms are always spacious and clean. It is a very good hotel; however the problem that does not permit me to 5* rating is that almost nobody from the hotel personnel speaks any other language than Chinese! “The Good, the Bad, and the Ugly......!”
Overall, this is a nice hotel and well located in downtown Beijing. Numerous eateries and can easily get a bike or taxi right outside. The rooms? Very nice and no complaints save one. The air-conditioner like most China hotels only cools to 22 degrees! During the Summer, that just don't cut it!!!... more
