Helpful staff and a Great Location. Nice ambience, gym, cafe and swimming pool facility. Overall makes it a great stay. Centre of the city and with great security around the hotel. Great for solo travellers to relax at the hotel if don't want to go out.

Good business hotel. Walking distance to subway station. Friendly staff. For arrivals at Beijing Airport early morning, you'll most likely arrive the hotel around 10am. Make sure to book your stay the same date of arrival and arrival time around 10am. After a long trip, the last thing you want is to wait till normal check in at 3pm. We got our room about 20 minutes after arriving hotel at 10am! Breakfast at hotel has a good spread. Fill in your tummy before your excursion. First time travellers to Beijing, do stop by the Tourist Desk, Coco Xu is the person to talk to. Speaks English and most helpful. The personal guide she recommended, Jenny Liang is a gem. So Coco does recommend suitable person for your personal or small group tour. Always have a tour as Beijing is too large to explore without a guide. After that tour, go and master Beijing Subway. There is an English button on the screen! For those who are clueless about Spoken and Written Chinese like me and my wife. Remember to load the following apps on your phone: 1. Alipay, 2. WeChat 3. Nord vpn or equal, 4. Microsoft or Google Translate 5. International roaming if your country's mobile provider has this feature. 6. Didi (it's like Uber or Grab, for cab rides) Multi plugs, (your country's power plug point may differ). Have some Chinese cash CNY. Though most shops are cashless transactions, you can't go wrong with having CNY500 to CNY1000, depends on how long your stay is. Do not hesitate to ask Coco for help. Dietary needs, where to go, etc. Lastly, always have your passport with you. You may need to show your passport at some tourist spots. China, esp Beijing is very safe. So no worries about your passport being stolen.

My stay here was okay overall, but there’s definitely room for improvement. The Front Desk staff were great and spoke English really well, which isn’t always common in China, so that was a big plus. I asked for an early check-in and was lucky enough to get it, which was super helpful since I needed some extra rest. The bed was comfy, with clean sheets and a good mattress. They also provided plenty of bottled water during my stay, which I appreciated. The location is really convenient too—close to shopping malls and attractions. I even got a late check-out until 2 PM, which made my trip a lot easier. That said, the cleaning could use some work. When I first got to my room, there were some leftover urine drops on the toilet seat from the previous guest—not exactly what you want to see when you arrive. During my stay, the bathroom wasn’t cleaned properly either. There were stains on the toilet and glass surfaces, which was disappointing. If they improved their cleaning, this place could be so much better.
