“Great service”
This hotel was gorgeous. The staff made you feel so welcomed. Best service I have had in a hotel in a long time. Must be very well managed to have all employees giving such great service. Definitely will come back agin！

“My Favorite Hotel”
From start to finish, everything was excellent. front office was extremely polite and helpful. Hotel was elegant and the room was stunning with a magnificent view. The in site restaurant was amazing with high quality food. David Suen and his team welcome us at the lobby and make us feel at home.... more

“Awesome!”
No issue whatsoever. Always enjoy staying at the Grand Gonda Jianguo Hotel. Always a great check in experience. Very friendly staff from Front desk to Concierge. Front desk was exceedingly professional and helpful. They truly made our stay special. Hotel is very well located. Highly recommended.

“Very nice hotel. ”
The rooms are clean and a good size with baths and walk in showers. Food was traditional Chinese for Western tastes but good. Staff are helpful. Suitcases were unloaded from coach and brought up promptly.

“Almost 5 stars”
Set in great location if not for a bar area that was not quite tip top this would be a 5 star Hotel. Beautiful lobby and reception leading to terrific restaurant serving excellent food. Bedroom good size with everything you need to make it an enjoyable stay.
