“Great hotel to stay at in Beijing”
Great hotel. The room was really good and had everything you need. Modern facilities and comfortable bed. Bonus was the great view from my room. I used the gym quite a bit which was setup well. I would definitely stay here again during my next visit to Beijing.

The hotel is located in the 3rd ring road of Beijing, so a bit far from the centre, and about 65 km from the Daxing International Airport. The hotel is located in the 3rd ring road of Beijing, so a bit far from the centre, and about 65 km from the Daxing International Airport. There is not much in the neighbourhood, but the hotel itself is large. We were upgraded to a very large one bedroom apartment suite on the 24th floor, and had lounge access for ‘happy hours’ – which essentially provides for an early dinner. Space in this room was beyond enormous. It had a mini kitchenette too (no gas/electric stove), just a sink and a fridge and table top space. A large dining table and a huge sofa set in the living room gave the impression of being in one’s own home. I want to call out Lydia who helped us during the happy hours to get vegetarian food, and was very attentive to our requirements. She spoke fluent English and made sure we were comfortable whether with late checkout of with the usage of the meeting room in the lounge. The other staff, even though limited in their use of English, also tried to help as much as they could in their own way. Greatly appreciated! I would recommend this hotel for a stay, as long as you don’t mind a little bit of traveling to the centre.

IHG Diamond. Was in Beijing for work and had a very good business stay. Pros: - Rooms: was in a suite and the room was huge and clean. - Staff: a bit of a language barrier, but they were courteous and professional. - Restaurant on staff: had dinner at the traditional Chinese restaurant on property and the food was very good. - Lobby bar: very helpful wait staff. - Location: was in town for work so I don't know if there is a good stay for tourists or not. Cons: - Elevators: lots of elevators, but feel like only one was running the entire stay. - Underground Parking: had a car with us the entire stay and used the parking garage; not well lit at all - felt a bit dangerous. All in all a good stay and would stay again for future business travel.
