On 23 January 2020, the new Balearic Law against Tourism Excesses entered into force, which prohibits all-inclusive deals with unlimited alcoholic beverages. Only a maximum of three alcoholic beverages per guest will be served during lunch and/or dinner.
We would also like to inform you of the following restrictions included in the law:
Practices which may endanger the life, health and physical integrity of guests are strictly prohibited at hotels, apartments and holiday properties. These practices include climbing from one balcony or window to another and jumping from inappropriate places such as balconies into swimming pools (a practice widely known as ';balconing';). Guests breaking the law will be immediately banished from the property and may be fined, states the law and the corresponding municipal regulations. The hotel/apartment manager or property agent must order said guests to leave immediately, which may require assistance from the security forces.
Failure to comply with the prohibition of practices which may endanger the life, health and physical integrity of guests will be considered a serious offence. In the Balearic Islands, serious offences are subject to a fine between 6,001 and 60,000 euros.

“Business visit to Beijing”
Centrally located and very nice business hotel. Easy access to most of the business venues we needed to get to. Public transport good and easy to use. The hotel has all the required services for business purpose and the staff were friendly and helpful

“Solid business hotel - not too competitive in Beijing though”
I stayed at the hotel for 2 nights. It's located in the western part of Beijing. There's a subway station 15 minutes north of the hotel (not too convenient - don't try to walk with your handcarry or luggage). The hotel is a bit old fashioned - there's a 90's feel to it.
