“Superb Courtyard Hotel”
A little difficult to find at first, but this courtyard hotel is worth it. Affordable and located in the Hutongs. The Bell and Drum Towers, Confucius Temple, and Lama Temple are all walking distance. “Nice stay in hutongs area”
Hutong converted to the hotel. No windows in the rooms. Friendly english speaking stuff. 10-15 min walk from subway station, also Lama and Temple of Confucius, tourist streets with shops and restaurant are in walking distance. Good are to explore hutongs.

Great stay to get a local experience in a Hutong turned hotel. Close to everything in South Luogo Alley - restaurants, bars, stores, etc. - walking distance. This is a nice court-yard hotel in a hutong (alley). Though it's well located, it's not easy to find, and street names are poorly indicated in Beijing.
