When I sat down on the bed I thought it was firmer than I wanted, but I slept so well I'm seriously considering getting a firmer bed. The hotel was clean and pleasant. The room had both a bathtub and a shower; the bathtub had jets, but they didn't work. We liked the breakfast buffet and were impressed by the number of options (but we usually stay in Comfort Inn type places in the US, where the breakfast buffet is very limited.) There is usually someone at the front desk who speaks English, if you need help and don't speak Chinese.

“Clean & spaciousRooms”
Stayed for 3 nights, Hotel locates approximately 30mins away from international airport, Location is ok, plenty of food options around. Rooms are very clean & cozy, had a great sleep at night. Due to construction around, would suggest to ask for higher floor to avoid noises.

We stayed in this hotel for three nights prior to visiting Shanghai. The room was excellent the bed very comfortable and cleanliness very good. The Hotel has a great swimming pool free for guests for a certain amount of time during the day. Most of the staff could not speak English but as we were there on holiday this added to the fun. All the staff were very helpful and with pointing at pictures and hand gestures we had a great time. The coffee shop on ground floor is very relaxing and the coffee was good (coffee shops hard to find in China). We had a meal in the ground floor restaurant and the food was ok not great but edible. The hotel is a bit far out for Tiananmen Square and the forbidden city but worth taking a tour to see them. Also a great day out to the Great wall of China you can book tours or find a local guide/taxi driver who will accommodate at a very reasonable rate.

“Incompetent Hotel Team.”
The Hotel has a good location, is quiet and clean. The team at the reception is uneducated and incompetent. There is no conversation possible. If you need more than just your key to the room, another hotel might be better. There are many around.

“International size, local service”
We stayed for 1 week in this hotel. Room was really large and clean. Nice thing, there were the shower cubicle and the bathtub, also had water kettle. All breakfast were quite poor if we're talking about 5 stars hotel. The staff didn't understand English enough, that made lot of difficulties.
