“Perfect stay and nice staff”
We had a super stay at Gala Hotel for one week, the time to find a flat in Viña. Room was super spacious, with a nice view. The cleaning was perfect and the staff super friendly. “Great service”
Myriam and Jose were extremely attentive and helpful. I really recommend them!! Great location close to the water. Rooms size were generous and the jacuzzi was very comfortable. I would definitely come back

“Tired & needs a refurb”
I stayed in the Gala when it first opened in 1993 and it was one of the top hotels in Vina Del Mar at that time. Returning more than 20 years later it's sad to see the hotel is exactly the same as it was back in the nineties. There has been no decorating or maintenance over the years from what I … more
