“Nice hotel at a great location in Santiago and great customer service!”
Front desk was very friendly and courteous, especially Carmen. We needed power adapters and a sewing kit which she send to the room. Great customer service. “Hotel to go to in Santiago!!”
Business trip to Santiago de Chile means Sheraton Points !! Great 4 stars hotel in Santiago near lots of restaurantes and places to visit. Love it!! The rooms are nice the suites are better!!! Breakfast one of the best around. Keeping the brand high thanks!!

“Very comfortable place to be”
