Luis and Angelica have provided an amazing service at the Bar. They both went beyond expectations. Food and drinks also were very good. They always provided recommendations for snacks and drinks. well done. Management should give them a recognition well done great work

“Chilean experience.”
Angelica and all other staff were friendly, pleasant and helpful. Rooms were clean and a good size. Santiago is a vibrant city and easy to walk around but stay alert re your belongings. Surrounding Andes are beautiful and worth visiting. Overall an enjoyable stay.

I spent two weeks in the hotel and I must say that I felt at home! The hotel is in a perfect location surrounded by restaurants, bars, and stores within walking distance. “Great staff”
I met Luis and Elya at the bar on my first night at the hotel. They were super friendly and gave me helpful tips about getting around Santiago. Had a good conversation about Chilean culture. Also enjoyed the complimentary pisco sour Luis made me.
