“Incredible experience!”

Great place, very clean, organized and the staff are amazing, everybody super helpful and happy. The room is huge and super cozy! Breakfast was great, even though we were expecting options more traditional. We stayed for 6 nights and it was an amazing experience, the hotel made the trip better!

First, the hotel is a couple of blocks from the noisy and populated part of town. Only 5-6 minutes to walk to the center square. The whole staff we came in contact with was very helpful in every way. First, the hotel is a couple of blocks from the noisy and populated part of town. Only 5-6 minutes to walk to the center square. The whole staff we came in contact with was very helpful in every way. The rooms had good hot water though no a/c. Luckily we didn’t need it. There’s a small outdoor pool with lounge chairs and umbrellas to relax by. Now the negatives: The pool is freezing and almost not possible to swim laps. Electricity is not cheap there so I do sympathize with them. I understand that no hotels in the town are heated. Breakfast can be improved considerably. There’s no one to make omletes. Just scrambled or hard boiled eggs. The hard boiled eggs were liquidy and inedible for 3 days in a row. They need to boil them longer. Also no French toast, pancakes or waffles. No natural orange juice either. Just juices from the cartons with water and sugar. Also no veggies ever. The sandwiches they give in their take out bags are pretty bland - lettuce, tomato and cheese. Again, it’s not bad, just not quite up to par. The hotel is a 3 star hotel but the prices are 4 star. Therefore the value is just ok because of the high prices.

Comfortable large bed, clean room in spite of all the sand around the town. But surprisingly, for a hotel of such high cost, no TV or fridge in the room. We had packed breakfasts 3 days out of 4 due to the early start of most tours. It would have been good if breakfast had opened from 0600, given most people go on early tours. The vegetarian option included a cheese sandwich on the first two occasions, so we were extremely disappointed to find ourselves at the airport with tasteless and unfilling lettuce and tomato sandwiches on our last day, especially since we were only able to use the buffet breakfast during one day of our stay. The open canteen for free tea and coffee was good. Overall, OK but overpriced.

Lovely hotel in San Pedro -we were in a superior room overlooking a beautiful garden and the room vas very nice and comfortable with a modern bathroom - we didn’t have dinner here but only breakfast which was quite good .
