“Clean, quiet, good location.”
I spent 1 night here before going on an “O” circuit hike. Efficient check-in and check-out. Very clean & quiet. Centrally located. Good breakfast. Rooms are a bit small and don’t have much character, but are functional. Uber from the airport to the hotel was only around $20.

“Historical building, old style hotel”
The hotel is one of the oldest buildings in Punta Arenas and if you want to feel the history you should try hunting and staying for a day or two. “Fairly average experience”
Fairly decent experience. The hotel is very well located which is a plus, although as others have mentioned slightly rundown on the inside - but that didn't bother me too much. “Older hotel but good location and comfortable stay”
The hotel is lovely from the outside - very classic historic building. The inside is a bit run down but the room was comfortable. There is no elevator and it's up a flight of stairs just to get to reception plus more to get to your room. We were just there one night but our flight the second day… more
