I stayed here for 5 nights while volunteering with a LIfesaving event. The hotel is very well maintained. Our room was spotless. The beds were very comfortable. We did find the door to the bathroom to be in a weird spot that blocked access to the door and coffee bar area when open. Our room overlooked the street, which was loud, but they provided earplugs and had a short note letting us know that they knew about the noise and were trying their best to solve the problem. I was very happy with the customer service. Check-in was very easy. Our maid was so helpful and lovely. Restaurant staff, both morning and evening, were great as well.

“Nice hotel but watch your bill !!!”

The room and hotel was very clean, bed comfy, linens nice and staff were all very friendly, but I am only giving 3 stars because of the billing….which to me was fraudulent. We had $16.95 x 2 nights automatically added to our bill for parking when the lot was completely full and had to pay $15 for parking elsewhere. This type of billing is unethical, and reaks of “hope the guests don’t catch it”. On the first night of check in the front desk staff told me the parking lot was full and he expected it to be full for the following night. He showed us where to pay for parking elsewhere. To automatically add it to your bill ain’t cool. Guests at this hotel pay close attention to your bills at check out!

Stayed here one night for a conference the next morning. The room appears to have been recently renovated. I'd say the room was a bit on the smaller side compared to other hotels I've stayed at, but it's good enough for one night in my opinion. For longer stays, I'd maybe stay elsewhere if size matters. Very comfortable beds. Friendly staff at the check in who will go above and beyond to ensure your stay is comfortable. The washroom is quite small compared to other hotels I've stayed in recently. Slow elevators. Ideal location in Downtown Windsor. Also, BEWARE OF NOISE! Soundproofing at this hotel does not seem to be a thing! The weekend I was staying here, it was very rowdy outside at around 2-3am. There is a nightclub nearby this hotel which means people will be out and about being drunk, resulting in louder and crazier behaviour from yelling and screaming to cars loudly and aggressively driving by. This resulted in my inability to sleep, but this is not the hotel's fault in any way. The hotel does provide free earplugs for you as a way to deal with the noise. Would I stay here again? Well... yes, I would, but if I had another option, I would stay elsewhere the next time I'm in the Windsor area. So it's really up to you whether or not to stay here.

Decent stay but would suggest if travelling on business that you book at comparablly priced, far less noisy, hotels nearby, i.e hotel.at Caesars casino. A few colleagues on business travel with me found a better priced room rate at the casino hotel, and their experience significantly different than mine. I considered cancelling 4 of my 5 night stay at the Four Seasons but Employer approvals had already been signed off, thus one other colleague, who also is Marriott member, and I stuck with it for our points. Note there are some GOOD points about this Sheraton. I had a decent stay; it was not all bad. A lovely woman working at front desk completed my check in and when service was needed during the day, thrpughout the week, I can't say enough about her customer service. So kind and invested in her clients. Above and beyond expectations. She was fantastic. Sadly, cannot say the same for two younger front counter workers, who I felt I was 'bothering' when I asked for assistance getting a cab. Thursday evening front counter assistance with a different employee was quite pleasant, so just a couple of young women who don't like their job as much as others. 😊 Also GOOD was the restaurant, and their staff. Good was delicious and staff fun & friendly. We ate in the restaurant for most dinners, and one lunch. Each visit was wonderful and worth a 5/5 rating. Also GOOD was the bed and pillows. Beds were comfortable. Pillow choices available. The room had what I needed it to. The reasons for 3/5 overall review rating are as follows: *had to walk to Shoppers Drug Mart to buy much better ear plugs than the cheap ones provided beside the bed. You know it's a loud hotel when two sets of ear plugs are on the night table. So very loud on Ouellette! As I was there for business and needed sleep, I had to cab my way after.the 1st night to Winners for some type.of noise machine, and I lucked out. Between my purchased ear plugs, a sound machine, I was able to get about 4 hours of sleep. The third day in Windsor, I made.my way back to Shoppers to.purchase Melatonin. With the ear plugs, sound machine on loud setting, and 10mg of sleep aid, I was able to sleep my last 2 nights. *thermostat in my room was either broken or the fan was broken. As I had to have maintenance come to my room to fix the toilet on day 1, I left the thermostat set at 25c, as any other setting resulted in cold air blowing, or the room being a sauna. *temperature of shower would never get past luke warm, even at hottest setting. Pains me to give a review that is less than ideal, as Marriott is my go-to, but I will likely not book here for my return business trip in August.
