“Great views of beautiful Victoria!”
A beautiful hotel with a great location in downtown Victoria. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and looking out at the city and water. The room was perfect for our needs with nice furnishings. We booked our room as part of a package through Black Ball Ferry Line.

“A TASTE OF LUXURY”
MY ROOM ON TOP FLOOR HAD VIEWS TO MARINA, TO PARLIAMENT RIGHT NEXT DOOR AND OVER STREET. AT NIGHT PARLIAMENT WAS OUTLINED IN LIGHTS AND WAS A GREAT SIGHT. “Fabulous stay”
The hotel is in a great location on the harbour next to the Parliament buildings and within easy walking distance of the Harbour Air and Clipper Ferry terminals. Our room was extremely comfortable and spotlessly clean, the staff are very friendly and helpful.

“No cable TV - just the free channels that come with an LG TV (terrible)”
Everything first class - except the TV service. No subscribed Cable TV, just the free channels that come with an LG TV. The TV Guide is not accurate leaving you to search endlessly for something good on TV - only to find that there is nothing. I expected better from a major hotel like this one... more

“Great location and very clean!”
We booked this hotel specifically for a nice view and clean room! The hotel was very clean, the front desk staff were all very friendly and helpful. Our room was nice and bright, wish the view was a bit better but overall it was great. The room was very spacious. Our king size bed was rock hard.... more
