“Great spot in a great area”
The location was perfect for dining, shopping sightseeing in the downtown area. The pool was a bit small for all the people in it but was clean and the water was nice and deep. The rooms were wonderfully clean and the beds were very comfortable.

“Recommend”
Bed was not overly soft like so many hotels - my back was happy. Clean and fresh. Soaps/shampoos weren't great. Front desk was pleasant and helpful. Did not use the amenities or restaurants to comment further. Now I'm just trying to fill the 200 character requirement.

“Family travel to Victoria”
Exceptional service from the all of the staff. This hotel is in a great location, walking distance to the harbour and all of downtown Victoria's main attractions. The 1 bedroom suite room with 2 queens was nicely renovated. The Vista restaurant for breakfast has the best view in the city!

“Love Chateau Victoria. 💕We just keep coming back.”
The staff are wonderful, and they work hard to accommodate your needs. The beds and linens are just lovely and it seems that cleanliness is high on their list. The room was great 👍 I love the pool and hot tub, peaceful and quiet! All the hotel stuff where so amazing!!
