“Wonderful experience, would recommend!”
Terrific price, friendly staff! They were with me for each step of my visit and were happy to anticipate my needs from extra tea for the room to helping me find a place for sinus medication when I first arrived. Will 100% be staying again, excellent place!

“Good DT Find for Locals”
We enjoyed our evening at the BW Carlton. Room was clean and well equipped. Front desk staff is pleasant. We will go again. Great location with the Ruby Restaurant and the Palms Bar/Restaurant just a few steps away. Our evening was lovely and breakfast awesome.

“Happy to Stay!”
The hotel is located in downtown Victoria within walking distance to many hotels and shopping. Our room was well maintained, comfortable and quiet. Service from staff was excellent. Paid valet parking was available which we used for our 4 night stay. We were very happy staying at this hotel.
