“Great employees, and location.”
Excellent service at the check in desk. The room was spotlessly clean. We checked out 1 day early for personal reasons at 1pm and they canceled the charges for that night without being asked. Can't praise all the staff enough for their cheerful and efficient attitude. Will definitely stay here agai… more

“Great experience!”
We had a wonderful experience at the hotel. The room was clean, the staff was very nice and friendly. The hotel is located very conveniently and there is a really good coffee place downstairs next to the lobby. Overall our experience was great!

“An Oasis in the City.”
I've always wanted to stay here from the first time I saw their neon sign. The Burrard is a place out of time, yet with all the modern touches. It's a motor hotel vibe with a palm-treed inner courtyard surrounded by the city. An oasis. And perfect if you have a need for St Paul's.

“Exactly what i dreamed of…..”
I arrived with my daughter and her new baby and felt pampered from the first moment…kind thoughtful staff every where and the room was clean and well appointed!! Great shower and towels!! Felt so safe and cared about…Will definitely come back if I’m in Vancouver again…so well situated….. love how t… more
